It's not for fashion, its not for fun – it`s their job. 7 days per week, because the City never sleeps. There is no cliche bike messenger, they are from all over America. But what they share is, they love what they do, even if it hurts. And it hurts sometimes a lot.

We made this urban cycling movie for Ergon Bike Ergonomics. This is a zero emissions production. Everything was hauled through the jungle of NYC by bicycle. Please click here for watching the film.

Canyon roadbike 2013 seasons production in the French Alps. Three days on the historic battlefields of the Grand Boucle included the Col de la Colombiére, Cormet de Roselend, Col de L`Iseran, Col de la Croix de Fer and the Petit Saint Bernard. Our most famous model was once again Erik Zabel who still ride his bike very fast and who often made us hold our breath during his special cycling manoeuvre.

Being a part of the Tour de France for ten years is like living an emotional relationship – there are great times and there are hard times. But watching back, it gives you much more than it takes. We shot the new global Urban Cycling campaign of the component manufacturer Ergon Bike Ergonmics.  It is the campaign's aim to establish a stronger image of Ergon's products for the global market by using an emotional visual concept. The campaign was shot in New York City and Brooklyn. The bicycle as a answer for urban mobility and sustainability, restaged in the 8 million people metropolis New York.

Mallorca; the middle of January: Empty roads and sunshine! Together with the professional cycling team Katusha we`ve produced several images for the german bike manufacturer Canyon Bicycles. The shooting took place during a training course in the mountains of Mallorca. The day after we had the great opportunity to shoot some of the top level riders of the team: Such as the russian leaders Denis Menchov and Denis Galimzyanov, the spanish rider Joaquim Rodriguez, the german Rudi Seelig and the austrian Marco Haller.
